On a school trip, our founder Jack was handed a camera, and told that the leaders had to return with 800 photos before they got paid.

MEET THE TEAM
JACK BERGREN
creative director + founder
Jack Bergren is a filmmaker, photographer, and founder of Frame 800.
With a creative eye shaped by real world experiences in the wilderness, filmmaking, live sports, live music, and documentary work.
His strength is his unique vision and confident tase; the ability to take something from good to great is a rare one.
His work relies on authenticity. Only real emotion and compelling movement can make a frame truly dynamic.
He works across camera operation, editing, aerial cinematography, and story driven production with a standard that keeps rising. FAA-certified, and classically trained in cinematography and storytelling, Jack brings a sharp technical foundation, strong taste, and an obsessive drive to make every project better than the last.
JACKSON TESSMER
Head of Videography, Founding Creative Partner
Jackson Tessmer is a cinematographer, photographer, colorist, and co-founder of Frame 800.
Jackson grew up on sets and has been involved in the film/ television industry all his life. He has taken the on set comfortability and professionalism he learned early in his life and applies it to every body of creative work he has a part in.
He holds a director position in the founding branch of the largest student run fashion magazine in the country, giving him an ability to balance creativity and logistical/ organizational problem solving.
He has experience in many different facets of the entertainment industry; everything from live event coverage to professional sports broadcasting.
Jackson’s strong technical background, clear creative vision, and logical organizational skills tied together with his work ethic is an effective combination. He has the ability to tackle any project thrown his way in a timely and professional manner.
JACK MATHIESON
Jack Mathieson is a photographer and videographer from Melbourne, FL.
Jack has over 8 years of experience with still photography and 3 years in videography. Largely focusing on sports photography, Jack is a lead creative for the men’s basketball program at FSU, also closely working with the baseball and football programs.
Jack has been a credentialed photographer shooting for UF, UNF, BALLISLIFE, as well as several G League games including the Magic, Pelicans, and Wizards affiliate teams.
Other than sports, Jack is very experienced in Portrait photography. Shooting over 25 grad sessions across 5 schools and having experience with both photography and cinematic video for Weddings and other events.
